Delivery

Available delivery options and charges are confirmed during checkout or with you before the order is completed. Delivery timing can vary by product, destination, and carrier. We will share any available order or dispatch updates through the contact details provided with your order.

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are accurate and that someone can receive the order. If your delivery details change, contact us as soon as possible.

Pickup

If pickup is offered for your item, contact DMP to confirm the pickup location, time, and any collection instructions before travelling. Please wait for our confirmation that your order is ready.

The person collecting should have the order details available. If someone else will collect on your behalf, let us know in advance so we can confirm the arrangement.
